Scott Fussnecker
Lead Pastor
Scott has a background in coaching, teaching, school administration, and pastoral ministry. He receive a bachelors in Education from Northern Kentucky University in 1998 and a Master’s in Education from Xavier university in 2002.
Throughout that season, God was shaping and preparing Scott as he pursued formal ministry training, receiving his Exhorter’s License in 2005 and full Ordination in 2008 through the Church of God Cleveland, Tennessee. Later, he was also ordained by the International Ministerial Fellowship in Navarre, Minnesota.
In 2010, God began stirring something new in his spirit. What began as a small Bible study in a living room, grew into something greater than he could have imagined. In 2011, that small group of six adults became Foundation Community Church in Trenton, Ohio. Today, Foundation is a thriving, multi-generational church that is passionately committed to community, discipleship, and the transforming power of the Gospel.
In 2025, his ministry entered a new chapter with the release of his first book, That's On You, a work that reflects years of lived experience, spiritual insight, and God-given wisdom.
Simon Fussnecker
Associate Pastor
Pastor Simon and his wife, Becky, bring experience and tradition to Foundation Community Church. He was ordained through the Church of God out of Cleveland, TN and over the last 40 years, he has served the church at nearly every capacity. Simon and his wife, Becky, love the Lord and have servants spirits. They have traveled throughout the world carrying the gospel of Jesus Christ to people who are hurting.

Jon Graft
Administrative Advisor
Jon’s roots are in education, having held leadership roles at Butler Tech, Butler County ESC, Middletown City School District and Madison Local Schools. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s Degree in Administration from the University of Dayton. His work and moral compass for leadership in schools were directed by his faith in Jesus Christ.He is also a licensed minister through Christian Global Outreach Ministries and certified by the state of Ohio. He and his wife Noelia have five children (Hannah, Josie, Anais, Carson, and Annabella).
Jennifer Fussnecker
Foundation Kids Leader
A 2008 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Business Management, Jennifer brings both leadership and organizational experience to her role. As a pastor’s kid, she has been immersed in church life from a young age and has faithfully served in nearly every role within the church. Jennifer has a deep passion for nurturing children’s faith and creating a safe, engaging environment where they can grow to know and love Jesus.
Claudia Zimmerman
Worship Leader
A 2022 graduate of Wright State University and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Educational Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Claudia also teaches 4th grade at Springboro City Schools, where she is passionate about encouraging and leading young learners. She is married to her husband, Tyler, and together they are raising their two wonderful boys, Tyler Jr. and Beaux James. Claudia’s love for worship, education, and family is reflected in the joy and dedication she brings to serving the church.
Matt Goodloe
Worship Band Leader
As a preacher’s kid, Matt was immersed in ministry from an early age and began learning music at a very young age. His lifelong passion for worship and musical excellence is evident in every aspect of his leadership. Matt is the essence of a professional, bringing both skill and heart to the worship experience. Since coming to Foundation, Matt has elevated not only the quality of the music but also the level of engagement among those worshiping, helping create an atmosphere that invites people to connect deeply with God.
Madilyn Fussnecker
Foundation Youth Leader
A 2023 graduate of Edgewood High School, Madilyn is currently pursuing a degree in nursing at Miami University. She has a heart for serving the next generation and is passionate about helping students grow in their faith and relationship with Christ. In addition to leading youth, Madilyn also serves on the worship team and volunteers with Foundation Kids. Her dedication, compassion, and love for people are evident in every area she serves.
